Excuse Our Pain

I'm sorry to say that all events regarding The Boombox Theory will be postponed untill further noticed.

Reason: All of our posters are from Haiti and most still reside there.

We will try to get back up to speed as soon as we think we are able to cope correctly with what has happened to our beloved country. I hope you understand & support our cause. Thank you.

Here I am once again proud to kick off 20-10 with a fresh list of some of my favs. As you can see, we're not starting the postings this month with the pre-mentioned monthly 50 but rather my weekly 15. The main reason for this will be revealed when everything has been worked out. Anyway, with a new year comes new experiences and I hope you'll open your minds to these.

4.- You agree that you will delete Music Files after previewing and buy the song or album if you liked it.

5.- You agree not to assign, copy, transfer, share or transmit Music Files to any third party.

6.- You agree not to share Music Files on P2P(peer-to-peer) services like eMule, Limewire etc.

7.- You agree not to use or exploit Music Files except as expressly permitted herein.

8.- You agree not to defeat, evade or circumvent any system designed to protect Music Files from unauthorized uses.

9.- The Boombox Theory reserves the right to remove Music Files from its search results for any cause that it deems sufficient.

The Boombox Theory and their suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. In no case will The Boombox Theory or its suppliers be liable for any consequential or incidental damages or for any lost profits or revenues.

If you don't accept, don't agree or don't understand any of the information and warnings above, you should not use The Boombox Theory or any of its related services!
